Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom handmade diecast take from order to delivery?
Production takes 7-10 business days from the moment we start your build; courier delivery across Europe typically adds 2-5 days. For a full breakdown, see our order-to-delivery timeline guide.
Which scale is best for a first custom diecast — 1:18, 1:24 or 1:12?
1:18 is the collector favourite and by far our most popular scale. 1:24 is a lovely desk piece at a lower price point. 1:12 is closer to a showpiece and works well behind glass. See our diecast scale guide for a detailed comparison.
Do you ship across all of Europe?
Yes — we ship tracked to the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland. Prices are shown in GBP by default and auto-convert to EUR for EU visitors.
Can you build a model of a classic or discontinued car?
Yes. Classic Minis, air-cooled Porsches, MGB roadsters, Mk1 Escorts, E30 M3s and countless others are commissioned every month. As long as you can send clear photos of the actual car, we can build it.
