7–10 business days production + 2–3 business days tracked courier = typically 2–3 weeks door-to-door.

How long does EU delivery take?

7–10 business days production + 3–5 business days tracked courier — typically 2.5–3 weeks door-to-door depending on country.

Do you ship to Switzerland?

Yes. Delivery includes customs handling. Transit is typically 4–6 business days after production completes.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes. Every model ships fully insured for its declared value.

What if I need a specific delivery date?

Order at least four weeks before the date. If you have a hard deadline, note it at checkout so we can flag your order.

Do you ship outside Europe?

We currently focus on European delivery. Email us for anywhere else — we quote case by case.

Every custom diecast model ships tracked, in bespoke protective packaging, across the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. Production takes seven to ten business days from build start; courier transit then adds two to five days depending on your country.

Where we ship

United Kingdom — all postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the islands. Tracked, insured, 2–3 business days transit.
Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria — tracked, insured, 2–4 business days transit.
France, Spain, Portugal, Italy — tracked, insured, 3–5 business days transit.
Switzerland — tracked, insured, 4–6 business days transit (customs handling included).
Elsewhere in Europe — email info@roysdiecast.com for a quote.

Production and shipping timeline

Two windows to plan for:

Production — 7 to 10 business days once we start your build. Confirmation email at build start.
Shipping — 2 to 5 business days transit after production completes, depending on your country (see above).

What arrives at your door

Your model is packed in a purpose-cut foam insert inside a rigid outer box. The exterior of the box is unmarked (no branding, no visible product description) so it works as a gift or a surprise.

Customs, VAT and duties

UK deliveries: prices include VAT — nothing to pay on delivery. EU deliveries: prices auto-convert to EUR at checkout and include applicable EU import handling; no surprises at the door. Non-EU European countries (Switzerland, Norway): the courier collects any local import fee directly — usually a small handling charge.

Tracking

Once your model ships, we email you the courier tracking number. You can follow it door-to-door on the courier's site.

Damage in transit

Every parcel is fully insured. In the rare event of courier damage, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery to info@roysdiecast.com. We will repair or rebuild the piece at no extra cost.
